Cornerstone OnDemand’s Software to Foster Employee Education and Growth for Bright Horizons

Award-winning provider of employer-sponsored child care and work/life solutions to implement Cornerstone’s learning and talent management solution for its 20,000 employees

Santa Monica, Calif., June 17, 2010 Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. announced today that Bright Horizons Family Solutions® has adopted Cornerstone’s integrated learning and talent management software suite – including platforms for learning management, compliance, employee performance management, succession planning and enterprise social networking – to manage and develop its 20,000 employees. The addition of Cornerstone’s software coincides with Bright Horizons’ celebration of its inclusion on FORTUNE Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list for the 11th time. Among the keys to the company’s success is its investment in motivating, training and developing its employees so they can achieve their long-term career goals and best meet the needs of the children, families and employers Bright Horizons serves. The company turned to Cornerstone OnDemand as part of its continuing efforts to develop comprehensive human capital management solutions that foster the education and growth of its employees, as well as provide the organization with a more holistic view of its workforce. The team also wanted to leverage enterprise social networking tools as part of its learning and talent initiatives.
