SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Nov. 11, 2019 — Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSOD), a global leader in the cloud-based learning, talent management and emerging talent experience market, today announced an elevated partnership with Kronos, a leading provider of workforce management and human capital management cloud solutions, to immediately offer an enhanced employee learning experience to over 100 joint customers.

Partners since 2015, the seamless integration between Cornerstone and Kronos equips managers with the tools to assign and track training by placing critical elements of Cornerstone Learning directly within Workforce Dimensions, where managers already track critical elements of operations. In addition to increasing efficiency and reducing risks for talent administrators, employees can contribute to individual career advancement without leaving the Workforce Dimensions environment as they complete pending assignments with one-click access to Cornerstone.
