Cornerstone OnDemand Reveals Speakers and Agenda for Convergence 2011 Annual Client Conference

Keynote from Forrester VP and author Josh Bernoff, 35 expert-led sessions and an industry analyst panel to help attendees shift From Employment to Empowerment

In addition to the opening address delivered by Cornerstone OnDemand founder and CEO Adam Miller, the conference welcomes keynote speaker Josh Bernoff, senior vice president, idea development for Forrester Research and author of Empowered: Unleash Your Employees, Energize Your Customers, and Transform Your Business. Bernoff’s presentation will explore the innovation, collaboration and management frameworks that make it possible for HEROes – Highly Empowered and Resourceful Operatives – to do their jobs in 21st century organizations.
