The London event to feature thought-leader panel moderated by Learning and Skills Group’s Donald H. Taylor and case study sessions led by premier Cornerstone clients
LONDON, 10 June 2010 – Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., the leading provider of integrated learning and talent management software and services, is hosting the company’s annual EMEA Client User Group event Tuesday, 15 June from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The complimentary event, which is being held at The Grosvenor Hotel in London, brings together learning and HR executives with thought leaders and industry analysts in an interactive forum for sharing best practices and discussing workforce issues and trends.
“More organisations are looking to their learning and talent management strategies to get the best out of their people and gain a competitive advantage,” said Vincent Belliveau, General Manager, EMEA for Cornerstone OnDemand. “Rather than take a traditional, narrower approach, modern organisations need new strategies to ensure that the right people have the right skills and are in the right roles to strengthen business performance. We look forward to gathering with clients and industry experts to explore various workforce management trends and share best practices for optimising talent strategies and increasing business impact.”
In addition to keynote presentations from Belliveau and Cornerstone OnDemand founder and CEO, Adam Miller, the event agenda includes:
- Thought-Leader Roundtable: Moderated by Donald H. Taylor, Chairman of the Learning and Skills Group, a panel of top European learning and HR industry thought-leaders will share their views on various learning and talent management trends, such as adoption of blended learning and informal learning strategies, the value of development-driven performance management, and the business benefits of taking a holistic approach to managing and developing workforces. Panelists include David Wilson, founder and Managing Director of Elearnity; Michel Diaz, owner and Associate Director of Fefaur; and Prof. Dr. Armin Trost of the Hochschule Furtwangen University (Business School, Baden-Württemberg).
- Client Case Study Presentations: Top-tier Cornerstone clients will provide insight into their learning and talent strategies and offer best practices via case study presentations on topics such as blended learning, employee performance management and employee engagement. Presenters include executives from Booz & Company, Jaguar Land Rover and RSA (Royal SunAlliance).
- Product Roadmap Session: Led by Miller, attendees will get a sneak preview of new features and enhancements on the 2010-2011 product roadmap for Cornerstone’s award-winning, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based learning and talent management suite.
- Client Success Program Overview: Cornerstone executives will share an overview of the company’s Client Success Program, an innovative approach to supporting Cornerstone’s clients and their business objectives. Premised on the concept that each client relationship is an evolving lifecycle, the Program ensures that Cornerstone’s team is engaging business leaders, HR staff and administrators through the term of the relationship to ensure mutual success and optimise the client’s use of Cornerstone’s software.
