Leader in integrated talent management receives highest possible scores for customer satisfaction, product architecture and completeness of vision

Santa Monica, CA – January 16, 2008 – Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., the only proven provider of on-demand, integrated talent management software and services, today announced that the Company received a three-and-a-half star rating (out of four stars) in Bersin & Associates’ new study entitled, “Talent Management Suites: Market Realities, Implementation Experiences, and Vendor Profiles.” The company was one of only three vendors with this rating, the highest received. Cornerstone believes Bersin & Associates’ assessment reflects Cornerstone’s impressive momentum and innovation in the fast-growth talent management market. Criteria used by Bersin & Associates to evaluate the 20 vendors include product strength and breadth, experience, architecture, customer satisfaction, and completeness of vision.

Cornerstone OnDemand received the highest possible rating (four stars) in the completeness of vision, architecture and customer satisfaction categories. Cornerstone also received three stars in the product strength and breadth and experience categories.
