Software Executives to Address the OnDemand Software Model Through Interactive Question and Answer Panel

Tampa, FL, October 26, 2005 - Steven Seymour, Co-Founder and Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Cornerstone OnDemand, will participate in a panel discussion entitled "The On-Demand Software Model: Who, What, When & How", to be held on November 2, 2005 at 10:45 a.m. EST at the Software Business 2005 Conference, Tampa Florida. The panel will discuss the shift within the software industry towards the adoption of the on-demand model, and the benefits and drawbacks this type of model provides as it continues its evolution as a desirable alternative to the more traditional, more expensive client-server model. In addition to the panel discussion, Steven Seymour will be on hand November 1st, to accept the award for Best Technology Strategy on behalf of Cornerstone OnDemand.

"In the human capital management industry, the on-demand model is rapidly increasing in popularity among companies of all sizes and across many different verticals," said Steven Seymour, Co-Founder and VP of Strategic Accounts, Cornerstone OnDemand. "Clients who are embracing the on-demand approach to manage their workforce, have done so based on its flexibility, low up-front costs, fast and controlled deployment, and the ability to easily reach the entire extended enterprise."

Participants in the On-Demand panel discussion represent a range of software industries including the CRM space, Human Capital Management, and Web Communications. In addition to Steven Seymour from Cornerstone OnDemand, the panel speakers will include: Karen Leavitt, Vice President of Marketing WebExOne, a division of WebEx Communications, Joe Gustafson, Founder and CEO of Brainshark and Jonathan Tang, President and Co-Founder of Salesnet.
