The Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation leverages its expertise in workforce development, education, and software deployment as well as other organisational assets for philanthropic and community benefit. The Foundation strives to provide non-profit and other community organisations with the tools and assistance they need to maximise their effectiveness and to increase their impact on the communities they serve.

 

The Foundation's Mission

To empower communities across the globe by investing in and increasing the impact of non-profits that focus on education, job training, and disaster relief.

 

The Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation recognises that non-profits contribute daily to communities across the country and around the world, providing indispensable programmes and assistance with limited resources. Therefore, the Foundation offers the non-profit sector the company’s talent management software and services at special rates.

 

Non-profits whose mission and activities align with the Foundation’s three areas of focus — education, workforce development and disaster relief — are eligible to participate in the Foundation's programmes.  Annually, the Foundation selects a limited number of non-profits to participate in the Strategic Partnership programme. Strategic Partners receive the company's software and implementation services at no cost.

Targeted Investment in Communities

The Cornerstone Foundation invests in non-profits and communities in a range of ways including:

 

  • Software Donation/Deployment, including supporting consulting services and select pre-packaged content.
  • Charitable Giving, including company grants and employee matching funds.
  • Cornerstone Customer and Partner involvement,including the dedication of resources and the provision of in-kind services and expertise.
